In today's society we're all busy with family, work and school obligations and the pursuit of our goals. Due to the many demands that each of us face, it can be easy to become isolated and detached from others. This typically leads to feelings of loneliness and can cause depression and other symptoms.
A goal that I emphasize in therapy is todevelop and maintain healthy relationships and attachments to others, including family and friends.
